MISSION STATEMENT
Berries for Books, Inc.
Purpose: The Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, including:
a. increasing, enhancing, advocating, and promoting literacy, particularly in children, through various efforts, including collecting and distributing books, reading events, and other literacy programs;
b. promoting awareness of and publicizing the importance of literacy to the welfare of children, vulnerable persons, and society as a whole; and
c. providing support to other literacy programs of schools or charitable or educational organizations.
When available, chocolate covered strawberries will be provided to show our gratitude for cash donations!
